DL Parts & Design and Airplex New Zealand hold no responsibility, either implied or otherwise, for mechanical, electrical, or other failures when using aftermarket products. Some items listed are illegal in many states and are intended only for racing vehicles, which may never be used on a public highway.

DL Parts & Design may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Once you have placed an online, phone, or other type of order with DL Parts & Design, you have entered into a contract to purchase, and your credit card will be charged immediately. Orders do not always ship the same day and, in some cases, not even the same month. Please be patient as we prepare your order.

DL Parts & Design reserves the right to correct any typographical, product photo, and/or pricing errors. Such errors do not entitle a customer to receive the item at the erroneous price. These errors are not a misrepresentation of a product, business, manufacturer, or sale, but an error that DL Parts & Design is responsible for correcting.

Ordering Procedure

If you order a product, your payment is processed immediately. We will notify you of the status of the order and the product availability. If you choose to cancel an item that is not classified as special order, we will do our best to accommodate the request but do not guarantee cancellations after an order is placed.

Special Orders

Products classified as special orders cannot be canceled or returned for any reason. Special orders are subject to a 100% cancellation fee if canceled at any time after placing.

Cancellations

Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled and are classified as returns. Special order and custom-built items cannot be returned. Orders that are able to be canceled after processing are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.

Returns

We do not accept returns. All sales are final.

International Shipping

All international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Any costs resulting from refusal to import products may result in additional charges.

Payment Terms

DL Parts & Design accepts Credit Cards, Affirm, Amazon Pay, and Bank Transfers with appropriate billing and shipping addresses. All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Warranty

Any applicable warranty is provided directly by the manufacturer. DL Parts & Design does not facilitate warranty claims.

Certain products are intended for race use only and must be installed by professional service centers. DL Parts & Design is not responsible for shipping costs except in cases of incorrect shipping. Products altered from their original state cannot be returned or receive warranty support.
